Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Live Watch Stock, in plain English.
1. Service
Live Watch Stock provides a WhatsApp message indexing + search tool for watch dealers. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Subscription + cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time by emailing support — your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges are made after that. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period, but you keep full access for the period you have already paid for. £99/month, one plan, everything included: your own dedicated server, up to 100 monitored WhatsApp groups (fair use), and all features (Schedule, @Mentions, Reports, Replied tracker, Saved sellers). Unlimited photo storage — every photo and saved post is kept for the lifetime of your subscription.
2a. Photo retention
Every plan includes unlimited photo storage. Every photo and every saved post stays in your archive for as long as you remain a subscriber — no expiration, no auto-archival tier, no upgrade required. The underlying listing data (reference, year, price, condition, seller, group, date) is also kept indefinitely so search continues to work across your full history. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your paid billing period, then a 7-day undo window begins, after which your data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only monitor WhatsApp groups you are a member of and permitted to use this way
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service regarding companion device use
- Don't use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
4. Acceptable use
We may suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity, including excessive API abuse, signup fraud, or attempts to access other users' data.
5. Our responsibilities
We'll provide the service as described, maintain reasonable security, and respect the Privacy Policy. The service is provided "as is" — we make no warranty about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific business purpose.
6. Liability
Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss (lost profits, reputational harm, etc.).
7. Data isolation
Your account runs on a server dedicated to you alone. Your messages, listings, photos and backups are never pooled, combined, or shared with any other customer — there is no shared multi-tenant database. Your watch data, sellers and prices remain private to you.
8. Data + your rights
See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how it's stored, and your rights. When you cancel or delete your account you keep access until the end of your paid billing period; after that there is a 7-day undo window, once it passes your dedicated server is decommissioned and all of its data is permanently deleted. A single final encrypted backup may be retained briefly for disaster-recovery only, and is then securely deleted; it is never restored or used for any other purpose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; changes take effect 14 days after notification. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
