Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Live Watch Stock account and all of its data at any time. This page explains how to request it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

There are two ways — either one permanently deletes your account and everything in it:

  1. In the app (recommended). Open Live Watch Stock, go to Account & Billing → Delete account, read what will be removed, tick the confirmation box and re-enter your password to confirm it's you, then tap Delete account.
  2. By email. Email support@livewatchstock.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify it's you and process the deletion.
Deleting your account also cancels your subscription — you won't be billed again.

What gets deleted

Live Watch Stock gives every customer their own private, dedicated server — your data is never pooled with anyone else's. When you delete your account, that entire server and everything on it is decommissioned and erased, including:

Backups

For disaster-recovery, a single final encrypted backup may be held for a short period after deletion. It is then securely and permanently deleted. It is never restored, reused, shared, or accessed for any other purpose.
